About the Event

The second edition of MoroccoAI Annual Conference "MoroccoAI 2022" will be held virtually on December 20th & 21st, under the theme "Towards a promising National AI Strategy."

The two-day conference are designed to facilitate forward-looking debates, knowledge sharing, sector-wide strategy planning, partnerships, networking, keynote speeches and data challenges.

The conference will be a unique opportunity for deliberation among AI experts on how they can leverage synergies and raise awareness on the opportunities and challenges that AI presents to societies, governments, organizations, civil society, academia, and industry.

Goals and Objectives

  1. Discuss the different dimensions of the AI applications, its challenges and opportunities and share best practices for an efficient development and use of AI in Morocco.
  2. Discuss the profound complexity of the use of AI in Morocco in various areas such as education, healthcare, agriculture, environment, etc.
  3. Discuss an innovative approach to AI policies, strategies and capacity building initiatives.
  4. Discuss the formulation and implementation of national strategies and produce concrete recommendations for the development of a promising Moroccan AI Strategy that could maximize the deployment of AI in priority sectors
